Job Description：

Responsible for the cost and economic analysis of hydraulic projects.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than three years experience in cost estimation of port and shipping projects; 2. Familiar with the hydraulic construction; 3. Experienced in relevant professional project cost calculation software; 4. Holders of Registered Cost Engineer Certificate preferred.

Job Description：

1. Responsible for organizing work in each stage of project including design, procurement, construction, completion and acceptance; 2. Leading the project team to complete the construction tasks and targets; fulfilling the project contract and project management objectives; controlling the progress, quality and costs in the execution of EPC and subcontracted projects; 3. Taking charge of project organization, coordination; mobilizing the construction resources for the project; ensuring the necessary resources required in project management system; 4. Providing technical support for the project; carrying out overall management of the project; reviewing and approving the major technical solutions; 5. Responsible for controlling project cost, quality, progress and safety; leading the project team members to conduct civilized and safe construction, control risks, save costs, complete works as schedule and ensure the construction quality; 6. Responsible for developing construction warning and emergency response plans, and organizing their implementation; 7. Organizing and implementing HSE objectives, guidelines and management plans.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in port and shipping; 2. More than 5 years experience as chief engineer or project manager in port and shipping projects; 3. Excellent project management and team management skills, proficient in port and shipping construction technology; 4. Experience as EPC project manager preferred.

Job Description：

1. Responsible for daily management, technical services and overall progress control of overseas projects; 2. Leading the project team to complete the construction tasks and targets; 3. Communicating and liaison with the local authorities; 4. Other management work of project team.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in port and shipping; 2. Proficient in port and shipping construction technology, excellent communication and coordination capacity and overall management capacity; 3. Fluent English preferred; overseas water transport engineering project experience preferred; 4. Working abroad for a long term. (Asia or Africa)
